Karen is an experienced trainer, facilitator and qualified coach specialising in governance, leadership and organisational development. She brings extensive experience supporting third-sector organisations, helping them strengthen leadership, navigate complex relationships and embed inclusive practices.

A former trustee of a national youth charity and a qualified Action Learning Set facilitator, Karen draws on a wealth of leadership and management expertise gained through her work with local, regional and national organisations. Her deep understanding of inclusive practice informs her approach to developing effective, sustainable organisational support and partnership working.

Alongside her consultancy work, Karen volunteers with the NSPCC, delivering safeguarding training in schools — reflecting her enduring commitment to social justice.
