what we do with recordings

  1. When we facilitate workshops or conduct interviews or meetings with stakeholders, we often record the meeting, either by audio or video. This is to provide us with a detailed record of the meeting.

  2. We sometimes generate text transcripts of the meeting to help us to analyse the content of the meeting, according to what we need for the assignment we’re working on.

  3. We sometimes use an artificial intelligence (AI) tool to help with the early stages of the analysis.

  4. All this data is held securely by one or more the Lev Pedro & Associates consultants that are working on the assignment.

  5. Once an assignment is complete, we delete all recordings.

  6. In principle, we will not share any of the above with anyone outside of Lev Pedro & Associates without permission, including within the client organisation, unless instructed by the client to do so, other than in the circumstances described in point 7.

  7. While we treat all client information as confidential, there are specific circumstances where we may be legally required to disclose information without your consent. These include where we are compelled by law (e.g. by court order), where there is a legal duty to report certain activities such as money laundering or terrorism, or where there is a risk of serious harm to an individual (such as safeguarding concerns involving children or vulnerable adults).
