He has over 30 years’ experience in the charity and public sectors, supporting local infrastructure bodies, public agencies and national charities to strengthen their governance, strategy and collective impact.

Since 2013, Lev has worked with NCVO and NHS England on major initiatives that build collaboration between voluntary, community and public sector organisations. He has also supported a wide range of local infrastructure organisations with strategic planning, policy development and partnership working.
