Rob is an experienced consultant, facilitator, trainer, mentor and interim leader, with deep expertise in charity leadership and governance. He brings over 20 years’ experience across the sector, including more than eight years as CEO of three charities (one local and two national), and over 16 years as a trustee of five organisations.
He supports charities and not-for-profits with leadership, governance and strategy, drawing on his practical experience and commitment to social impact. His work includes governance reviews, interim CEO roles, strategy development, mentoring, facilitation and board development. He works in a values-led way, grounded in integrity, compassion, inclusion, collaboration and flexibility.
Rob is a member of Consultants for Good and an associate with Interims for Impact and 4front Partners. He is also a consultant on the Association of Independent Museums.
Rob holds a number of pro bono roles, including mentoring, consultancy and action learning facilitation with ACEVO, Cranfield Trust and Board Racial Diversity UK, and contributes to the Bar in the Community Service and London’s Equitable Volunteering Forum.
